Story
2612. Humanity has advanced into space and begun to colonize other planets. For decades after that, the country of Arkagis was under the control of a dictator. To overthrow the dictator and regain freedom, the United Space Colonies (USC) sent troops.
However...
USC later occupied Arkagis and became the de facto government of Arkagis with Victor as its leader. An Arkagis rebel group was secretly developing a new aircraft to break the USC's control.
