HOW TO USE STORE CREDITS AND COUPON CODES

How to use the loyalty points/store credits:

1) Log in with your account details (please be sure the shipping address is correct and registered).

2) Add the items in your cart.

3) check the cart page and you will se a box with your loyalty points under the item list.

4) click on "add points" (please be aware the minimum purchase value for use the points/credits - shipping excluded - is 10.000 yen)

5) proceed with the order.

How to use a discount coupon:

1) Log in with your account details (please be sure the shipping address is correct and registered)

2) Add the items in your cart.

3) proceed to the check out page (do NOT click on "add points").

4) you will se the "discount code" box under the item list.

5) add the coupon code and click "apply"

6) proceed with the order.

Store credits earned cannot be used for add and pay items in an already closed order.

Credits can be used only in a new order/shipment.

When an order is clodes we will not accept changes or request for add others items in it.
